No último final de semana, o Talentos do Capão escreveu mais um capítulo inesquecível em sua trajetória.
Seis jovens atletas da nossa ONG — Raíssa, Jennifer, Isabelly, Lucas, Mateus e Paulo — atravessaram as águas geladas de Nova York na tradicional Rose Pitonof Swim 2025, uma das provas de maratona aquática mais desafiadoras do mundo, com 27 km de travessia.

E o feito não parou por aí: nossos talentos tiveram a honra de nadar lado a lado com o jornalista e nadador apaixonado por maratonas aquáticas Guga Chacra, conhecido por seu trabalho na GloboNews e O Globo, mas que, desta vez, trocou o terno pela sunga para viver um momento de superação e inspiração.

No último final de semana, o Talentos do Capão fez história em uma das provas mais tradicionais e desafiadoras do mundo: a Rose Pitonof Swim 2025, em Nova York.
Foram 27 quilômetros de travessia em mar aberto, passando por pontos icônicos como a Estátua da Liberdade, o World Trade Center e a imponente Verrazano Bridge, até a chegada em Coney Island. Uma jornada que une resistência, coragem e paixão pela natação.
Mas o que torna essa conquista ainda mais especial é a origem dos atletas: seis adolescentes do Capão Redondo, que saíram das águas da represa de Guarapiranga para enfrentar um dos maiores desafios aquáticos do planeta.
